Compound Balanced Weave (Herringbone) Conveyor Belt
Ultra-dense herringbone mesh belt with chain drive for heavy loads and high temperatures.

Product Introduction
The compound balanced weave belt, also specified as the cordweave belt or herringbone mesh belt, represents the pinnacle of close-mesh technical weaving in the conveyor industry. Interlocking multiple alternating right- and left-hand spirals with several straight cross-rods per pitch, it creates a beautifully continuous, ultra-dense herringbone matrix.
Equipped with robust side driving chains, this configuration eliminates tracking slippage under high-load, high-temperature or liquid-submerged operation — the global standard for biscuit baking bands, sintering furnaces and continuous parts washing.
Key Features
- Ultra-dense, flat carrying surface — conveys small, thin or unstable parts without tilting
- High mechanical tensile strength — resists lateral stress and elongation
- Positive chain drive — no slipping or distortion in high-load tunnel environments
- Excellent thermal performance — even heat retention, minimal thermal shock, up to 1150°C
- Resists corrosion, oxidation and acidic/alkaline washdowns

Small, thin or unstable items that would tilt or fall through open mesh — fasteners, electronic parts, soft bakery dough — plus heavy loads in sintering, quenching and annealing lines.
Up to 1150°C with high-temperature alloys, with uniform heat retention that minimizes thermal shock and product hot-spots.
Yes — the stainless construction resists acidic/alkaline washdowns, and the dense weave gives controlled drainage for parts washing and chemical treatment lines.
